Omega 3.6.9 contains a combination of nutritionally key fatty acids:  Omega-3 and Omega-6 Essential Fatty Acids plus Omega-9, a non-essential, but beneficial fatty acid.  This blend of fatty acids provides key fatty acids that are often challenging to obtain from the diet.   This balanced formula combines equal ratios of omega-3's and omega-6's, plus omega-9 which all contribute essential fatty acids necessary for optimal health and well-being.

Fatty Acids (EFAs) are essential because your body cannot produce them on its own so they must come from your diet. The two primary EFAs are known as omega-3 and omega-6.  These EFAs are necessary for the formation of healthy cell membranes, proper development and functioning of the brain and nervous system, proper thyroid and adrenal activity, hormone production, regulation of blood pressure, liver function, immune and inflammatory responses.

Directions:
