Additional Shipping Charges

If you live in an area, rural or island where there are additional delivery charges from your local post shop, please note we do not cover those charges.
Please find out from your local post shop for more details. Waikehe Island & Great Barrier Island attract extra shipping charges. We will call you to let you know how much the shipping will be.

We always endeavour to ship items to you as quickly and safely as we can. We use Courier Post who pick up two times a day from our distribution centre.


Your order ships within 24 hours and deliveries reach our customers within 1-2 working days. If you would like to track your order, you should receive email with tracking link to courier post.


We DONT ship to PO Boxes, so please provide a physical address for delivery. We only ship within New Zealand.


.We do not accept liability for damage or loss in transit. However, let us know what happened and we’ll do everything we can to help rectify the situation. 


We are able to accept return products only if they are unopened and unused. Return within 48 hours with proof of purchase.

 *Exceptions: Stuart Island, Great Barrier Island, and other island locations may be subject to additional delivery charges . Please note we do not cover those charges. Please call us for more information on the cost of delivery to these locations.



Please note there is only one voucher or coupon valid per item, per transaction. Discount vouchers are not valid on special offers, please use one or the other, which ever is greater.


We are able to return products only if they have not been opened and used. Within 48 hours with proof of purchase. Should the item be faulty by way of shipping contact us directly. Items at fault by content you must contact brand directly for replacement/refunds. Nutrition Deal holds no liability for contents that are at fault.


Our prices are quoted inclusive of GST but exclusive of any applicable Freight Charges in NZ Dollars. Nutrition Deal does not store any credit card details as all payments are done through Payment Express.


Damages or Loss in Transit

Claims for damage or loss in transit must be made within 48 hours. We cannot accept liability for goods damaged or lost in transit however details of any claim should be advised to us immediately and we will do all we can to rectify any situations that may arise. We do suggest paying the extra for a signature courier. Please contact us to organise this for you before placing your order.

We respect your knowledge and judgement. Unless you ask for advice, we will assume you know what you want and ship the exact products you bought. If you are unsure of anything, we are more than happy to answer your questions about our products and choose the right products based on your needs and budget.
Nutrition Deal reserves the right to: (a) correct any error, inaccuracy or omission at any time without prior notice or liability to you or any other person; (b) change at any time the products and services advertised or made available for sale on the Website, the prices, fees, charges and specifications of such products and services, any promotional offers and any other Website content without any notice or liability to you or any other person; (c) reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order, including accepted orders for any reason and (d) limit quantities available for sale or sold.    


Our stock is updated a couple of times a day, but from time to time there can be errors due to incorrect stock take count's etc. Please note a online order which is showing stock at the time maybe incorrect, if this is the case we will contact you. It's highly unlikely, but worth mentioning.
