Magnese has combined magnesium, calcium and vitamin D3 to help relieve muscle cramps and spasms instantly as well as long-term. The mineral magnesium is vital to all enzymatic functioning of the body including energy production, cell formation and of course muscle relaxation.

Magnesium plays an important role within tissues, muscles and arteries. When magnesium and calcium are combined, they work together to promote consistent muscle relaxation (magnesium) as well as contraction (calcium).

Calcium is responsible for smooth and timely muscle contractions. Vitamin D is also present in Magnese as a Vitamin D deficiency can cause spasms, muscle cramps, muscular hypersensitivity and pain.

Directions:

Take two capsules per day or as recommended by your health professional. During periods of muscle spasm, take two capsules three times a day or as recommended by your health professional.
